Research: 3D Spatial Structures for P2P Routing
Working paper on novel data structures for distributed systems — expected 2025.
I'm a backend engineer, protocol builder, and team lead who operates at the intersection of distributed systems and blockchain infrastructure. Whether it's a cross-border payment engine pushing 10,000 TPS, or an L1 blockchain with a custom consensus engine written in Rust from scratch — I go deep.
My production stack spans Go, Java, Rust, and Kafka. I've shipped fintech infrastructure for globally distributed teams, authored open-source SDKs, and designed systems from RTGS cores to DePIN networking layers. I care about correctness, observability, and systems that survive real load.
Beyond engineering, I've led 4-person cross-timezone teams, won hackathons, secured a $100K grant, co-curated the US-India Blockchain Council, and led an entrepreneurship community of 500+ students. Great engineers understand the full picture — business, protocol, and people.
I optimize before writing a line of code — from consensus design to transaction batching to memory layout.
SpatialChain and my working paper reflect how I approach hard problems: read the literature, then build something new.
Delivered production systems for teams in Dubai, UK, and Singapore. Async-native and timezone-agnostic.
3+ years across fintech, Web3 infrastructure, and developer tooling — all remote, all production.
Not tutorial projects. Real systems — designed for real load, built with production-grade standards and research-backed design.
A fully authored, open-source Layer 1 blockchain built in Rust. Combines a hybrid DPoS+PBFT consensus engine, dual smart contract execution environments (EVM + Ink!/Wasm), and a novel 3D spatial data layer that anchors on-chain state to real-world physical coordinates. Enables RWA tokenization with sub-10ms 3D radius queries and multi-validator legal compliance verification tied to geographic context.
An ISO 20022-compliant cross-border distributed payment settlement engine supporting RTGS, bilateral netting, and multi-currency FX. RTGS core with double-entry ledger, optimistic concurrency control, and a payment state machine. Features an LLM-powered agentic exception resolver with RAG over ISO 20022 rulebooks.
A Redis-based distributed rate limiter using Lua scripting for atomic token-bucket operations. Counter checks and decrements execute in a single round trip with zero race conditions. Fail-open fallback for high-availability in fintech API environments.
A Retrieval-Augmented Generation pipeline with an agentic planning step that decomposes complex questions into targeted sub-queries. Re-ranking post-retrieval measurably improves answer quality over naive RAG.

Ranked in the top 1% out of 270,000+ candidates — algorithms, OS, networking, DBMS.
Authored the full technical proposal covering distributed architecture, global expansion, and tokenization design.
Independently authored an open-source Layer 1 blockchain with novel spatial consensus and dual VM support.
Won Router Protocol × SuperRabbits DAO and Solana Hack Day.
Co-Curator (2024–25) — shaping policy and technical discussions at the blockchain-governance intersection.
Led entrepreneurship initiatives for a 500+ student community in 2023–24.
Working paper on 3D spatial data structures for P2P routing — expected publication 2025.
DSA in Go & Rust (Cyfrin); Ethereum Developer Bootcamp; Blockchain Solutions Architect (Kratos Labs).
Backend, distributed systems, or blockchain infrastructure — if you're building something ambitious, I'd love to hear about it.
I'm exploring remote-first roles in backend engineering, distributed systems, and blockchain/protocol infrastructure. I've shipped production systems for teams in Dubai, UK, and Singapore — timezone-agnostic.
Whether you're a Series A startup needing end-to-end backend ownership, or a protocol team pushing the boundary of what blockchains can do — let's talk.
